The villa sleeps 5 and features 2 suspended terraces and a covered winter terrace, all with views of the harbor ruins and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located directly on the harbor, with no facing buildings. The outside entrance opens onto a large garden with sea views. To the right is an open terrace with a high table and chairs, then a covered terrace for admiring the harbor in winter.

Stairs lead upstairs to the villa's main entrance. It opens directly onto a spacious living room with TV and fireplace. The living room opens onto a terrace. This same terrace leads up a spiral staircase to a second terrace on the roof of the villa, with barbecue area, fireplace and covered lounge.

Also on the second floor is the master suite with dressing room and shower room. It boasts a breathtaking view.

On the ground floor, we have a guest bedroom with a double bed that opens directly onto the garden, as well as another bedroom with a single bed.
