AUTUMN SPECIAL (September - December)

Just 30 minutes from the beaches of Chiavari and Portofino, away from the summer crowds. Perfect for chestnut and mushroom festivals, hiking, and walks among the colors of the Ligurian foliage.



Sleeping within 16th-century walls is a unique experience. Ca' dei Gruppi is Ivo and Maria’s family home, lovingly restored and lived in for generations: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven, and the soul of old Liguria await you in the hills.



This 350 sqm villa spans 3 floors in a building dating partly to the 14th and partly to the 16th century, fully renovated. It accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a second fireplace in the tavern. Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children’s games, baby cot, and fitness equipment.



On arrival you’ll be welcomed with a tasting of our own olive oil and Vermentino wine. We’re happy to offer tips and suggestions.



Outdoors: large private garden with slate table, wood-fired oven and stove, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and balconies overlooking the hills—stunning in autumn colors.



4 shared parking spaces, EV charging station, and storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Pets allowed for an extra fee. No smoking. Tennis court 15 minutes’ walk away.



The coast—Chiavari, Lavagna, Sestri Levante, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, and Portofino—is easy to reach. Genoa is nearby. The Cinque Terre can be reached by train from Sestri Levante or by boat. Ca’ dei Gruppi awaits you!
