Lovely condo. Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful view. The only thing we didn’t like is it is a top floor unit so there isn’t any shade on the deck until evening.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice places to eat within walking distance. King Street shopping less than 30 minutes away. Rainbow Row just minutes away. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Great location! Beachfront. Staff was helpful and responsive. My only comment is it would have been nice to have salt and pepper available in the kitchen. It would have been a waste to buy it for the few days we were there.

It was the perfect location for our stay on Folly Beach! On the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lots of parking. It is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. They provide shopping carts for carting your luggage and supplies.Both the bedroom and living room have doors that open to the spacious balcony.

3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each with one queen/king bed for 2 people and one bedroom with 2 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. This was perfect for a group of 5-6 people who want a bit of privacy. The balcony faces the beach and a fan is there which is helpful to keep any no seeums away. We loved the balcony and had a 5 o'clock happy hour every day after an afternoon on the beach and before walking to one of the many restaurants nearby. We rented the last week of July and it was great. The condo is beach front, so we are on the beach in a few minutes. The waves were gentle which made it perfect to learn how to surf and the water was incredibly warm. A few jellyfish stings that didn't hurt much, but also a turtle, dolphins and pelicans who fly over our balcony often. We were in downtown Charleston in 20 minutes for a restaurant and marketplace evening and enjoyed Boone's plantation tour. An amazing week. My only recommendation to the owners would be to get a better broom (my kids tried but did track some sand into the room) and a water filter for guests. Nothing against this condo, but most water at Folly beach had a "dirt" taste to it, so I wish there was a filter on the fridge or a brita filter pitcher to keep in the fridge for those not used to that taste. Perfect week for my family.....rent this place!

A clean, well managed property, the proximity to Charleston and its many historic homes is convent, and the beach is clean, uncrowded, and steps away (directly on the beach) from this condo unit. We found it to be accurately described and the 3 bedroom-3 bath unit has ample room for four. Check-in and check-out was frictionless.
