Great beach access. It’s on a busy beachfront sidewalk which makes for great people watching.It’s managed by a company, not an individual. They required an excessive amount of forms to complete to confirm the booking. And they do not know their property well. Online and in-rental printed instructions do not match the property itself. For example, the instructions in the rental say to use quarters for the washers and dryers in the complex’s laundry room. I had to go to 4 different stores to get enough quarters, then found instructions in the laundry room that said you could only pay with an app.Lack of AC made for very uncomfortable nights, even with the windows open and fans going. The pillow shapes made them unusable; we had to put pillowcases over throw pillows from the sofa or use towels for pillows. They sent new pillows from Amazon that were a little better, which helped for the second half of our stay.I like VRBO because I am dealing with people who own and know the property. Although this management company was very responsive, they are detached from the property itself and often gave bad and frustrating advice.
