Perfekte Lage und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, gute Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Kleines Manko: Leider wird der Garten seit gut 1 Jahr anscheinend als Hundeklo genutzt. Die Urinflecken finden sich reichlich im unmittelbaren Aufenthalts- und Sichtbereich und leider auch direkt an den beiden Wohnungsterrassen.
