Guests enjoy a terrific tiled bathroom with teak shower seat and double shower heads, and guest-controlled thermostat keeps the apartment comfortable year-round. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this apartment provides a relaxing retreat. Experience what Grand Island has to offer with a stay at our apartment.

The unit is located on our urban farm, Grand Island Acres, where we grow some fruit and lots of veggies. If you are here for a livestock show we have plenty of parking for a truck and trailer.

During the growing season we are willing to share the bounty of the garden with our guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was exceptionally clean, decorated nice, bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space in the bedroom . The kitchen was spacious and well stocked! And the lift/elevator was so convenient for our bags/groceries to be taken up to the second floor. Thank you for hosting us. It was a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. Our host was welcoming and attentive. He offered fresh vegetables from the garden. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It's those thoughtful, personal touches that make a stay extra special. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!
