The condo unit was spotless and nicely decorated. It was the perfect amount of space for my wife and I.Everything we needed was available in the condo. I can’t day enough about our host, Paul. It was a first visit to Hilton Head so I asked our host for some restaurant recommendations and he did a fantastic job with his recommendations. We really enjoyed the beach and pool.

Clean, updated condo with a great, attentive host. Easy access to the beach, an amazing pool for the kids, and amenities were plentiful. Can stay on the grounds for food and drinks or make a short drive to downtown for additional food options and entertainment. Would highly recommend this location and will stay again next time in HH. Our family thanks you for the wonderful time and stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was freshly updated with beautiful décor and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the elevator. The condo was also stocked above and beyond what we expected, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We also loved the new TVs, which were easy to use with our YouTube TV and Hulu apps. Everything was thoughtfully done, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing 10 year anniversary thanks to our hosts Paul & Angela!! They were very communicative & responsive. Everything was mapped out in the manual. We got a few complimentary gifts just for letting them know it was our anniversary!! The space was perfect. Walking distance of the beach, sports bar, tennis, TV already setup. It was awesome! They made great suggestions for excursions, & even restaurants! We will definitely be back!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while in Hilton Head...look no further!! This condo has just been completely renovated with beautiful finishes and furnishings. And, the resort itself is very nice--clean and very well appointed. (Doing your research, you may come across negative comments about the resort. However, do not hesitate. It is a very nice resort, and there is no cause to hesitate--very clean, nicely kept, and great staff. The location is perfect...steps to the large, sparkling clean pool and expansive beach, as well as restaurants and activities. The host, Paul, has thought of everything and more that you might need for your stay. And, speaking of hosts, you could not ask for a more friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Have a question, ask, and you will have an answer pronto. Paul goes out of his way to ensure your stay is carefree and comfortable. I can't stress enough...this is the place to stay on Hilton Head. You will not be disappointed--just the opposite. Within just a few minutes of entering the condo, you will be smiling broadly and ready to begin a wonderful vacation in a beautiful, spotless, well appointed condo. Enjoy!! We certainly did!!

Paul is an amazing host! He responded quickly to my messages in the app. This was the nicest condo that my wife and I have stayed at within the resort, and we have been going for 7 years straight. I can’t wait to book another stay with Paul and his wife in the future.

We have stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis many times in the past, but this is the most modern and cleanest condo we have stayed at. The blackout curtains are great for a dark sleeping environment and the king bed is amazing and comfortable. We had a few quick questions upon our arrival and Paul was exceptionally fast in his response time. We highly recommend this condo to any couple or small family looking for a great beach vacation.
