This vacation home will delight you with its location in close proximity to a beautiful sandy beach and the sea. Inside the beautiful vacation home you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a bright living area with open kitchen and dining area.



Thanks to the many large windows, the living area is nice and bright and offers a great view. Enjoy meals together here or let the day end on the sofa.



The terrace is ideal for breakfast, enjoying the great view of the sea. The lawns offer plenty of space for children to play.



The house is located just 50 meters from a popular restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast buffet and a la carte. You also have a popular ice cream parlor as neighbors here.

vernachlässigtes Ferienhaus

- sehr, sehr dreckige Betten, defekte Wandlampe - Duschabfluss komplett schwarz verschimmelt - Waschbecken im Bad: Syphon undicht, der Eimer um das Abwasser zu sammeln, muss regelmäßig geleert werden - sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Bad - Küche: Wasserhahn so stark verkalkt, dass man bei Nutzung nass wird (haben wir entkalkt); Therme für Warmwasser in der Küche war ausgeschaltet (haben wir umgestellt) -Kaffeemaschine: totes Insekt auf der Maschine, innen sehr dreckig (haben wir gesäubert) -Wasserkocher: sehr dicke Kalkschicht (haben wir entfernt) - Kühlschrank: Schublade kaputt (haben wir repariert) - nur der Hauptraum kann geheizt werden, die anderen Räume bleiben sehr frisch - Überall Spinnen und Spinnenweben im Haus Am Ende fragt man sich wirklich, wofür man überhaupt 126€ für eine Endreinigung bezahlt. Wir haben definitiv mehr geputzt! - Kommunikation mit Novasol absolut unzureichend. - Einen Tag vor unserer Anreise bekamen wir eine Mail von Novasol, man möge sich doch bitte selbst beim Dänischen Katastrophenschutz über die Lage vor Ort informieren. - 3 Stunden vor Anreise dann eine SMS bitte der dringenden Bitte sich ASAP zurückzumelden. Leider ohne eine Nummer zu hinterlassen. Wir haben dann aus den zahlreichen Vorabmails von Novasol eine Nummer herausgesucht: absolute Überlastung der Leitung. Wir haben eine (!!!) Stunde in der Warteschleife gehangen. Als wir endlich durchkamen, wusste man bei Novasol aber auch nicht, was man eigentlich von uns wollte.

Great view

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit Meerblick und bei Sonnenschein grandios durch die durchgängigen bodentiefen Fenster. In 15 Minuten Entfernung gute S-Bahn und Regionalbahnanbindung nach Kopenhagen in Köge. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Herrlicher Blick, Sonne, See und Frühstück - ein gutes Ensemble! Dazu muss man allerdings erst einmal reinkommen - versuch es nicht an der Haustür, geh gleich durch die Terrassentüren! Die Dusche ist auch nicht vergnügungssteuerpflichtig, kein Druck / wenig Durchfluss. Mitzubringen, wenn du für den Aufenthalt folgendes benötigst: Zitronenpresse, einen guten Dosenöffner, Kerzenhalter oder -ständer für die Romantik, CD-Player für old school... für den Sommer wäre zu klären, wo die Auflagen für die 2 Liegen auf der Terrasse zu finden sind.
