    Load and start the dishwasher
    Gather used towels
    Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
    Turn off the lights and lock the doors
    Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
    No smoking of any kind inside the house. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fine. We charge $50 extra or more for excessive dirtiness, trash,etc
    If anything is damaged, missing, or broken you will be charged the repair cost and or value of the item.
    8 guests max. Any other guests need to be approved prior. If more guests come and stay we will ask them to leave and or charge $50 fine per guest.
