Rosewood Terrace is a beautiful new rental located in Jasonville, IN.  Nestled into a friendly neighborhood, this home shares a yard with our other rental, Hillenbrand Hideaway, but is separated by privacy fencing.  It is the perfect spot for you next getaway or work trip.  There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is a queen suite with an attached bathroom.  The secondary bedrooms offer a queen bed in one room and the other is a bunk room with a set of twin over twin bunks, and a set of twin over full bunks.  There's a kitchen/dining area that's stocked for cooking, and a cozy living room.  In the back yard you'll find an outdoor area that's the perfect spot to relax with loved ones, and it boasts a hot tub to soak away your stress.    You'll find this home sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished with every comfort to make your stay a good one. Book today and make this lovely spot yours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
