The well-maintained apartment, fully furnished with laminate flooring, is perfect for a vacation.
In the living area, the three-seater couch and two armchairs invite you to relax in comfort. A flat-screen TV, CD radio, and DVD player provide entertainment and leisure.

The master bedroom now features two doors and a new 180x200 cm double bed (with two new mattresses), creating two separate sleeping areas.
The children’s room has a door and is therefore separate.

A modern, renovated shower room with a shower stall and toilet looks just as fresh as the new kitchenette with an oven and dishwasher.

The entryway makes a pleasant impression and offers plenty of storage space with its spacious white wooden closet.

Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
– swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
– water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis facilities (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
