Schöne Familienzeit

Die Wohnung liegt eben an einer Hauptstraße, ist aber sonst wirklich zu empfehlen. Sie liegt super zentral und wir konnten alles mit dem Bollerwagen erledigen. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, es war sauber und die Betten bzw. die Matratzen wirklich super. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend! Wir waren zu siebt da und hatten ausreichend Platz! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Grundsätzlich ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht um ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super zentral gelegen. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Wir konnten flexibel ein-und auschecken. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die doch sehr einfache und teilweise beschädigte Einrichtung. Zudem war die Wohnung nicht richtig sauber. Daher gibt es in der Gesamtbewertung ein paar Punkte Abzug.

Danke für die Bewertung - auch wenn diese nicht ganz so positiv ausgefallen ist - schöner wäre es gewesen uns kurz eine Information über eine defekte Kaffeemaschine und eine defekte Schublade zu geben. Somit hätten wir die Chance gehabt diese sofort abzustellen . Schäden gibt es immer mal in einer auf Zeit überlassenen Wohnung - wie in letzter Zeit ein kaputter Wohnzimmertisch oder eine zerborstene Balkontürscheibe - die wurden auch direkt behoben - wir hätten alles daran gesetzt die Mängel abzustellen. Der direkte Kontakt ist aus meiner Sicht immer der bessere Weg. Etwas Eigenverantwortung seitens der Gäste dürfen Gastgeber auch erwarten.

Innenstadt und Jadebusen, alles fußläufig

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern über Ostern in Wilhelmshaven. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, trotzdem aber relativ ruhig. Die Betten sind bequem, in der Küche gibt es alles, was man so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist pragmatisch und vollkommen ausreichend. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Stadtwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Nach (fast beendeter) vollständiger Renovierung war das Objekt zum Besuchszeitpunkt neuwertig und nicht abgewohnt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich, die Abwicklung vor Ort unkompliziert. Die Lage der Mietswohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig. Nachts ist es aber ruhig. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg, an den Südstrand ca. 25 Minuten. Eigene Mobilität ist von Vorteil. Parkplätze am Südstrand/Hafen sind zu genüge vorhanden. Wir können das Objekt guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
