The "Kapitänshaus" holiday apartment complex is an exclusive, newly built holiday home in Kellenhusen on the Baltic Sea.
It’s perfect for a family holiday on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, a guest bathroom, a spacious living and dining area, an utility room, and a balcony. Both fully equipped bedrooms each feature two 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring beds, a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a 40-inch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a high-quality Nolte kitchen, including a spacious fridge-freezer combo, an oven, and a microwave.
In the living and dining area, you’ll find a large dining table. Six people can comfortably take their seats here. A high-quality sofa and an armchair provide a place to relax. A 55-inch TV is available. The oven in the living room helps create a romantic atmosphere on cold winter days. The living/dining area leads directly onto the balcony. Here, too, you’ll find balcony furniture and a table, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
Through the kitchen, you’ll reach the fully equipped utility room, which includes a washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The Kapitänshaus features a dedicated parking space with a Wallbox (Type 2) for charging electric cars. Use of the wallbox can be booked as an additional service through the property management for a fee.
Up to three e-bikes can also be charged simultaneously at outlets in the bike shed. There is no additional charge for this.

If pets are allowed in this holiday rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a visitor’s tax. This is not included in the booking price.
For arrivals within 5 days, we accept only payments via real-time bank transfer.

A modern apartment with great amenities like a sauna and a fireplace. Minor issues, such as a broken pleated blind in the bathroom or the bedroom closet, should be fixed.

The holiday begins the very first minute! Great apartment, especially with a dog! Close to the beach promenade and the dog-friendly beach. Very well maintained! We’d come back again and again.
