Het is een prachtig appartement in een rustige wijk van Labin. De eigenaren spreken alleen Kroaats en Italiaans. Maar met handen en voeten kun je prima redden. Er zijn genoeg stranden en activiteiten in de buurt. Genoeg supermarkten en andere faciliteiten. Er wordt over het algemeen prima Engels gesproken.
