The room was clean and cozy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very friendly host and their wonderful puppy Jax! Close to downtown, where I had my conference, and close enough to the beaches that my wife easily navigated her way there and back. Snacks and treats were provided - some healthy for my wife and some tasty for me ;-) - the hostess was very sweet to accommodate both of our tastes!There was a minor concern that it would be noisy (traffic, trains, etc.) when we arrived, but once we were in the room, it was quiet and peaceful.Next time I'm in Jacksonville, I would gladly try to stay here again.
