A great location

Easy walking to all sites in Munich. However it was very noisy at night. With no air conditioning we had to leave the windows open and between loud voices and traffic on the street our sleeping was not ideal.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was centrally located and even though in a busy area was quiet with the windows closed. It is very centrally located and although the neighborhood has a lot of shops and is quite busy (not quiet), it is easy to get all over Munich and to reach the apartment from the train station. Lots of shopping and sightseeing in the immediate area.

Nice stay in Munich

This is a modern apartment with all of the amenities. Since this was my first time in Munich I’m not sure why they call it “old town “, but this location was great to go to Octoberfest. Thanks to the host, I was very happy! ro

Nice, well appointed apartment

The apt was as advertised—clean, easy to access and walking distance from the train station and old town. No air conditioning but a good fan was provided. Only downside is the street noise can be a bit loud if the windows are open (which was needed given the summer heat).

Despite we had confirmed reservation from Expedia, there was no vacancy for us to stay. As a result , we were denied and had to look for another hotel. Please check whether I have been charge by Munich Finest Apartments ! If yes, please make sure I have the refund back.

Just get a hotel.

We checked in to find an almost empty rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and little soap left in the shower. In a several day stay, we ran out of all three. You are provided with only three forks, three spoons and three knives, not enough for two people if you plan on cooking something. The grinding metal noise one morning at least drowned out the street noise. You are close to the main train station, which is great, but also next to the little red light district. We would have been better served in a hotel a little farther out of the city along an s-bahn or u-bahn route; s-bahns run every few minutes. The apartment was clean and the street noise dies after 11 pm or so, but arriving internationally might leave you on a very different sleep schedule.

Die Wohnung war neuwertig, der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage war nicht so toll, ziemlich laut in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.

Nice stay in Munich

We rented the apartment for our Octoberfest trip. The apartment was about 12 minutes away from both the fairgrounds and the center of Munich (in the opposite direction). The apartment was fairly new, clean and in great condition. It was a perfect size for my wife and I. The property manager was very responsive to questions and since he was on site we had no issues getting access to or departing at the end of our stay. Overal a great stay in Munich.

Great Location

Great Location. Middle Eastern neighborhood with some great restaurants. Close to train station and could also walk to Marienplatz and all the Old Munich tourist sites. Host’s English was limited, but we got by. Would stay again.

Convenient location

The location is close to the sights and there is an excellent cafe/bakery across the street. The manager Samir is courteous and very helpful. We had a good stay.
