In der Wohnung müssten dringend das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer renoviert und mordernisiert werden, nur neue Möbel reichen nicht. Ausserdem fehlen zB Rauchmelder, Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht richtig, Fernbedienung für TV geht nicht und kaputte Glühbirnen, ausserdem hat die Couch mehrere riesen Flecken. Deko besteht nur aus zwei Zinntellern und einem total unpassenden Bild, welches mit Paketzwirn schief an einen Haken gehängt wurde. Kurz und gut, der Wohlfühlmoment kommt in der Wohnung zu kurz. Positiv ist die Lage der Wohnung zur Nordsee und im Erdgeschoss mit dem Auto direkt vor der Tür.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen, direkt an der Perlebucht und am Hundestrand. Lediglich das Geschirr und Besteck sollte mal etwas ausgetauscht werden. Und die Anschaffung eines Bodenwischer wäre toll. Bei 13 Tagen Aufenthalt mit einem Hund hätte ich ihn gut gebrauchen können. Aber ansonsten.... Alles prima. Das Lilo Sattler Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben direkt fürs nächste Jahr wieder bei Lilo Sattler gebucht!

Der Vermieter sollte die Möglichkeit schaffen, dass das Schlafzimmer nachts verdunkelt werden kann (z. B. Ein entspr. Rollo). Desweiteren ist der Schaukelstuhl im Wohnzimmer eine Zumutung. Als letztes könnte man noch 3-4 Kaffeelöffelchen in der Schublade platzieren. Wenn das behoben ist, könnte man die Wohnung nochmal mieten.

Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist super. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Vom Balkon kann man zum Deich schauen, dahinter befindet sich die Perlebucht. In der kleinen Küche befindet sich fast alles was man braucht. Einen Punkt abzug gibt's 1. Dafür das in Bad weder ein Fenster noch eine Lüftung ist. 2. Keine Beschreibung ist, wo die Mülltonnen sind, bzw welche zu dieser Wohnung gehören, noch wo die Waschmaschine/ Trockner zu finden sind die sich nicht im gleichen Haus, sondern in einem zwischen Gebäude zwischen den Häusern. Ein Hinweis wäre prima gewesen. Aber sonst ist alles top.
