Guten Morgen Es war soweit alles gut. Bis auf die Fußleiste Eingang ins Bad. Die ist ganz lose und eine Stolperfalle. Würde nochmal bei Ihnen buchen, aber dann frühzeitig im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse. Da ich nicht gut diese hohe Treppe mehr gehen kann. Aber sonst war alles schön.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen Ihnen die Reinigung etwas sorgsamer anzuweisen. In der Küche waren die Griffe und Herdplatte noch schmierig und in manchen Ecken hinter den Türen gab es Spinnweben. Die Wohnung an sich ist super und zu dritt sehr ausreichend.

Einziger Mangel war, dass an manchen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt wurde, sprich in der Küche waren ..

Einziger Mangel war, dass an manchen Stellen nicht gut gereinigt wurde, sprich in der Küche waren die Griffe von den Schränken verdreckt, verklebt. Und ein Bettlaken hatte Flecken. Schön wäre eine Mikrowelle als Ausstattung, um Essen mal schnell aufwärmen zu können. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hier möchte ich Ihnen noch zwei Punkte mitteilen, die m. E. nach geändert werden müssen. Im Hausflur ist der helle Teppich auf der Treppe wenig einladend, ja gerade zu "schmuddelig". Des Weiteren sind im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung die Fugen der Fliesen herausgebröckelt, teilweise sind dadurch die Fliesen bereits gebrochen. MFG Ulrike Schmidt

WLAN ging nicht immer und auch nicht in der kompletten Wohnung, die zur Verfügung stehend Parkplätze sind sehr schmal, da bei der Anreise alle Wohnungen im Hause belegt waren, reicht es nicht aus, da der eine Mieter ein etwas größeres Auto hatte und dadurch mehr Platz brauchte. Vor dem Haus können eigentlich nur 3 Autos parken und neben dem Haus noch 2, sodass insgesamt 5 statt 6 Parkplätze da sind. Da man aber relativ gut gegenüber parken kann, ist es nur am An- bzw. Abreisetag ungünstig, da man alles über die Straße tragen muss. Wir hatten aber insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür.
