Excellent accommodation in a beautiful region

A very enjoyable stay in a peaceful and picturesque area ideal for visiting the national park and surrounding towns. The ground floor flat was clean and in very good condition, with all faculties and appliances needed. Walter was a very friendly, polite and helpful host.

A quiet stay over New Year's Eve

Walter and Rita were kind and helpful in all possible ways. We learned about the history of the place, and everything was really speckles and in very good order. We loved the very well equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, water cooker, good knives and pots, and all other amenities one might need, plus info material on the region for all wishes. We liked the neighbourhood which is great for walks through nature. Our favorite attraction in proximity was the Three Countries Point and the maze there. If there's one thing missing in Steckenborn, it's the shopping and dining options in the village. Not an issue for us, as we brought all we needed.

Het verblijf was mooi, ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien!Mooie centrale ligging om te wandelen in het natuurpark en alle andere bezienswaardigheden te bekijken! Zelfs een boottocht over de Ruhrsee was prachtig!

Perfekt! Unterkunft so schön wie die Eifel!

Die Ferienwohnung "Buchfink" in Steckenborn übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Sie war sauber und ordentlich, vor allem war sie perfekt eingerichtet. Nix fehlte. Parkplätze 30 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Wenn es Fragen gab, halfen die äußerst freundlichen Quartiergeber. Sie stellten dazu viele Eifel-Infos zur Verfügung.

Alles voorhanden, schoon en vriendelijk

Voor grote data verwerking zoals netflix of komoot werkt de wifi niet goed. Alleen buiten. Fijne douche, goed bed, alles aanwezig in de keuken, zelfs oven en scherpe messen, goede pannen met anti aanbak laag. Ook zitje buiten. Gastheer en vrouw zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie uitvalbasis om te wandelen en te fietsen

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung für einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub in der Eifel

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und man erreicht schnell mit dem Auto den Ruhrsee und Monschau.

Ruim, schoon en gastvrij!

We werden warm ontvangen door de gastheer en blij verrast met de netheid van het apartement en de ruimte (voor 3 personen). Goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek aan o.a. de Eifel, de hoge venen, Aken en Monschau! Aanrader.
