An effective mosquito protection is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and works biologically. This system also works against the pesky "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are also successfully used in major theme parks.

Her Master Suite is a palace with sound system and starry sky and has direct access to the pool.

The first floor guest bedroom has a bed with built-in I-pod / I-pad station. The second guest bedroom is located on the second floor.

The spacious lower living area features a state-of-the-art kitchen with kitchen island and butlers corner, an apart dining area for 8 overlooking the infinity pool and over-width canal. An eye-catcher are the red leather couches and the very exclusive coffee table.

On the upper floor there is another living area with exquisite sofas and a pool table that invites you to play a game.

The outdoor area is beautifully designed and structured and leaves nothing to be desired. A summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area for 8 people, an infintity pool with spa, a chillout lounge, plenty of space for sunbathers directly on the canal and a jetty with boat lift.
