Communication with the host was very good prior to and during our stay. Unit was clean and we enjoyed the view of the strip from the oversized balcony. Good location, was only a few minutes walking from the building to the main strip. Would defiantly stay again.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen was furnished and we were able to cook a few meals there. Only issue was the shower had a leak in the sprayer, so the pressure was a bit weak. All in all, a great place to stay.

Location, price, and check in was good. The condo was clean but needs updated. Especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Overall experience was fine. Free tickets were a good bonus.

The condo was in a great location! Close to downtown and the trolley. Loved the balcony and pool. Condo had everything we needed. Check in and out was very clear, host messaged to make sure we had what we needed. I will recommend this place and definitely will be back.

Beautiful, cozy condo! Property was quiet, even being so close to everything in Gatlinburg. Parking lot is way too small for the size of the building.

We loved the corner balcony that looked over downtown Gatlinburg. It made for a great morning wakeup spot and night time place to relax. Bedrooms were clean and each having it's own bathroom was perfect. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and it fit the purpose. Communication throughout the entire process, from reservations to check out was excellent. The only minor inconvenience in the whole stay was the parking. Spots at the "top" were limited and sometimes we had to park in the lower area and walk up the hill.

This property is OLD. Very old. The unit is dark and musky smelling. A number of light bulbs were out adding to the problem. One table lamp appeared to have been knocked over and broken, but still plugged in. This place felt like a cave. The electrical outlets are dangerous as all our electronic chargers became HOT so we no longer plugged them in in the unit. The only hair dryer appeared to be at least 20 years old, completely encrusted with something and certainly not useable. Yet another fire hazard. The beds could not have been worse. The first bed was like sleeping on a box spring so it was completely unusable. The master, which we ended up sharing, equally horrid, but better than the first. The master shower leaked around the hose rendering it useless with no pressure. We showered in the other one. Drains were plugged up with hair. We did contact the rental company as soon as we discovered all these issues, however, nothing could be done until after 11 am the following day. We considered finding another place to stay immediately and probably should have, but it was Fall break and most places were booked. Let me be clear. I've stayed in hostels that were 10x better than this place. Overall, I could never recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia suite. It was the perfect walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. It was a bit cool so we did not get to enjoy the pool and no time for hot tub as we were busy sight seeing. Would definitely book again!

Host was very attentive to my text. Bonus was free tickets! Had extra linens which was nice. Loved the corner balcony that overlooked downtown. The luggage carts made loading/unloading easy. The handicapped parking was convenient and close to entrance. A pleasant experience overall.

To begin, how to unlock the door using the correct door code and then turning the lock to open the door was not included in the instructions. The email I received made it look like the security code was used to open the door. The 2nd email read Wifi - then a code, which was the code to open the door. I had to contact the host to get the Wifi code which took her 1/2 hour to provide....AND I found it later on the refrigerator door.The A/C was awful. It did not cool the living room and was also used to cool the master bedroom. We ended up ordering 2 standing fans to help cool the 2 bedrooms and the living room.Also, when I asked the host where the parking pass was located, she gave me 3 spots to look - unacceptable. There was also mold and dead bugs in most every room. I wish I could get my money back for this terrible room.

Our entry instructions have been successfully used by many guests, though we're always happy to help if anyone has questions upon arrival. Likewise, the Wi-Fi information is posted inside the home on the refrigerator, and while we strive to respond as quickly as possible, we're a family-owned business rather than a 24/7 call center. We always do our best to assist each guest as promptly as we can. When you mentioned concerns about the air conditioning, we arranged for an HVAC technician to inspect the system during your stay with your permission. The technician confirmed that the unit was operating properly. We also provided the two locations where the parking pass is routinely kept, and it was located in one of those locations. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is VERY conveniently located close to the strip, but far away that you don’t hear all the noise. It is a bit outdated and we were disappointed it didn’t have a washer and dryer, but that was my fault for not investigating that in advance. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We recommend this rental.

Perfect location for walking/hiking to the strip of Gatlinburg! We did not see a bear during our stay but learned how to open the bear proof dumpster. Great mountain views from the complex and the balcony of the condo. Great pool but the smaller hot-tub wasn’t working. The place is a bit dated but homey. AC in the living room was working well but it didn’t travel into the master bedroom enough to meet my husband’s arctic comfort, so he slept on the couch a couple nights. Condo was far enough away from the congestion of the strip but close enough to hear live music from Ole Red at the pool or balcony. Would stay here again with our family of 4.
