Irreführende Darstellung

Es handelt sich keineswegs um ein Haus, das man alleine bewohnt. Eher ein Reihenmittelhaus, rechts und links unmittelbar nächste Terrasse/Wohnung, gemeinsames Treppenhaus. Persönliche Sachen waren in jedem Zimmer in Körben oder abgeklebten Schränken, Lebensmittel des Eigentümers im Kühlschrank und in Küchenschränken. Man hatte das Gefühl, man dringt in die Privatsphäre des Dauerbewohners ein. Es war auch keinesfalls eine reine Ferienwohnung, es wurde eher vom Eigentümer für die gebuchten Tage kurzfristig geräumt. Wohlfühlen konnte man sich in dieser im Grunde genommen schönen Wohnung aufgrund des Gefühls der Eindringung in Privatsphäre nicht. Empfehlenswert wäre, das "Ferienhaus zur Alleinbewohnung" umzubenennen in Ferienwohnung mit dem Hinweis, dass persönliche Sachen des Eigentümers in Kühlschrank / Schränken vorhanden sind. Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse war nur eingeschränkt möglich, da entsprechendes Mobiliar nicht vorhanden war. Lediglich ein kleiner wackliger Tisch mit drei alten Holz-/Metall-Klappstühlen.

Ihre Bewertung ist irreführend nicht die Beschreibung . Stelle gerne Videos für zukünftige Gäste zur Verfügung!! Überprüfen Sie mal was Maisonette heisst, denn das steht schon in der Überschrift. In der Info :privat, nicht kommerzielle Unterkunft. Sie erwarten ein Hotel. Beschrieben ist ein Haus Maisonette Stil mit Stufen im Haus und nicht wie von Ihnen angedeutet ohne Privatsphäre. Sie stellen es so hin als ob andere Zugang haben, man teilt sich lediglich einen offenen Aufgang, vom Eigenen car Port zum eigenen Eingang !! ( nirgends steht Alleinlage ) Das Haus wird seit 2019 öfter vermietet, so hat es noch niemand empfunden oder beschrieben. Verzerrte Realität, irreführend für zukünftige Gäste! Nichts objektives und von Grund nur negativ. Wie Sie sich fühlen liegt nicht am Haus sondern an ihren Vorstellungen. Text lesen und vielleicht vorher nachfragen bei Zweifel!!
