Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, relax on the couch, or soak up the warm sunshine in the garden—that’s what a vacation is all about! Our Vacation Apartment 12 in the “Am langen Wasser” complex is the ideal place to stay for a relaxing getaway on Borkum!

The apartment measures 65 m², is located on the first floor of the building, and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. Light-filled rooms and a well-designed layout make this Borkum vacation rental a vacation paradise where you’ll feel right at home!

This Borkum vacation rental features two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. For your little ones, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair.

The spacious living room, with its cozy TV nook, opens onto a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen. You’ll have everything you need here! For example, the standard amenities include a 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and various small appliances (such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster).

The furnished balcony of this Borkum vacation rental offers pure relaxation! You can relax wonderfully in the sunshine and fresh North Sea air. You’re also welcome to use the property’s garden.

Two separate bathrooms provide convenient options for your family vacation. Each bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. You’ll also find a washing machine and a dryer.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation rental at no additional cost!

You can conveniently park your car in the apartment’s private parking lot. There is also a separate storage room for your bicycles, etc.

In an ideal location—just five minutes from the town center and the beach—you’ll enjoy a wonderful vacation! In Borkum’s town center, you’ll find small shops, cozy cafés, and restaurants—perfect for a leisurely stroll, sipping a cappuccino, and watching the lively island hustle and bustle. That’s the true vacation feeling!
There’s also a great lineup of activities waiting for you on the beach in Borkum: sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, and beach volleyball! On vacation, you’ll finally have time to try out all kinds of sports and do something good for your body and soul! Fun and relaxation are guaranteed!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, und wir waren sofort in der Stadt und am Strand. Nur an die Treppen zur Wohnung und in der Wohnung musste man sich gewöhnen. Wir waren zwei Frauen und hatten zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht, haben aber die zwei Bäder sehr genossen. In einem Bad ging die Duschtür nicht zu, was von den Vorgängern sicherlich nicht am Abreisetag gemeldet wurde. Wir haben das Problem am Sonntag gemeldet und am Montag war alles wieder okay. Uns wurde sehr schnell geholfen, was auf einer Insel sicherlich nicht immer zu erwarten ist. Ich würde diese Wohnung immer gerne wieder buchen.

Für das Gebotene zu teuer

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt nicht schlecht, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Wir waren allerdings mit 4 Erwachsenen da, und da fällt das Urteil etwas zwiespältig aus. Folgendes ist negativ aufgefallen: - das Zimmer im DG ist für Erwachsene nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Es fehlt ein Stuhl oder Kleiderständer, um die Bekleidung abends abzulegen. - eine Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, die Stahlfedern vom Federkern drückten im Rücken - die Heizung oben funktionierte kaum, auch im Bad nicht. Möglicherweise muss diese nur entlüftet werden, die Hausverwaltung wurde von uns informiert. Evtl. ist das ja bereits behoben. - im OG hat das Dachschrägenfenster keinerlei Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Das ist im Winterhalbjahr kein großes Problem, da es früh dunkel und morgens nicht vor 7 oder 8 Uhr hell wird. Im Sommer dagegen dürfte der Raum um 5 Uhr morgens taghell sein. - das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sieht optisch noch ganz gut aus, ist aber vom Sitzkomfort her nicht mehr top. - Verwirrung hinsichtlich des WLAN-Kennwortes: sowohl in dem Infoblatt für die Gäste, als auch an der Wohnungstür hängt ein Blatt mit falschen Login-Daten. Lösung: Am Kühlschrank hängt ein Zettel mit den richtigen. - Warum gibt es weder vor der Treppe, noch oben vor der Wohnungstür eine Fußabtreter-Matte? So trägt man zwangsläufig Schmutz in die Wohnung. Positiv zu vermerken u.a.: - der eigene Parkplatz, falls man mit Auto anreist Fazit: 1500 EUR für eine Woche sind m.E. 500 EUR zu viel.

Alles in allem war die Wohnung so wie beschrieben. Zu bemängeln wären die ziemlich durchgelegenen Matratzen und die sehr unbequeme Couch und auch die Sessel waren nicht zum längeren sitzen geeignet. Küche etwas verwohnt
