Our comfortable, beachfront ground-floor apartment “Sonnendeck,” with its own terrace and shared garden, guarantees you a wonderfully relaxing vacation with your family!

The vacation apartment in the “Appartement-Haus Regina” is approximately 45 m² and features a living room with a dining area and an open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace.

Stylish furniture and tasteful decor give the apartment a very cozy atmosphere. Two TVs, a hi-fi system, and free Wi-Fi—at no extra charge, of course—provide additional comfort. Board games are available for game nights with friends and family.

You can relax wonderfully, especially on the sunny terrace of the Borkum vacation rental “Sonnendeck,” which provides step-free access to the apartment! It’s a wonderful place to read a good book in peace, soak up the sun, and simply unwind. Or you can sit with your family in the large shared garden. There’s even a sandbox here for your little ones to play in.

The separate bedroom in the Borkum vacation rental features a high-quality box-spring bed, as well as a small TV and a desk. A beautiful new sleeper sofa in the living room provides sleeping space for two additional guests.

The bedroom and living room are fitted with allergy-friendly, high-quality vinyl flooring with a natural oak wood finish.

Enjoy the convenience of self-catering during your vacation on Borkum! The vacation rental is equipped with a practical kitchenette—including a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. New additions include a microwave and a dishwasher! A new dining table with a bench and four chairs has been added for breakfast or dinner with friends and family.
Of course, you can also treat yourself to some culinary delights: the nearby restaurants in Borkum’s town center and along the promenade serve delicious fish and meat specialties as well as vegetarian dishes on beautiful terraces with ocean views!

General Information: A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building (for a small fee), as are an iron and an ironing board. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Toys and a hair dryer in the bathroom are part of the apartment’s standard furnishings. There is a bike storage area in front of the house, and a private parking space is available for your car. The house is located in the so-called “Red Zone” (car-free during the season, except for arrival and departure).

Our vacation rental is allergy-friendly and accessible for people with disabilities. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment and dogs are not allowed.

Sports enthusiasts will discover a wide range of activities on Borkum: beach walking, beach volleyball, cycling, beach sailing, horseback riding, and tennis are just a few of the sports you can enjoy on the island.
