Sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtete, gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut und reichlich. Die Verteilung auf 2 Ebenen ist sehr gelungen und auch der kleine Vorflur im Spitzboden ist sehr ansprechend. Gut ist auch, dass das Geländer am oberen Ende der Treppe zugeklappt und verriegelt werden kann, wenn kleinere Kinder im OG schlafen sollen. So gibt es einen sicheren Treppenschutz. Besonders ist auch, dass das Haus quasi in die Düne hineingebaut ist. Von 2 Fenstern im Spitzboden aus kann man sogar Stand und Meer sehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Erstklassige Ferienwohnung, reinkommen und wohlfühlen. Diese Ferienwohnung verdient rundum fünf Sterne. Die Lage direkt an den Dünen, die Nähe zum Meer, zum Ort, der Blick auf den Leuchtturm und vor allem diese äußerst geschmackvoll und gut durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir hatten vier Tage Sturm und Regen, in diesem Wohlfühl-Ambiente kein Problem :)

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage, stadtnah und nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Idealerweise für junge Paare oder Familien. Natürlich fühlten wir uns als Paar 60+ hier ebenfalls sehr wohl. Vollständiges Inventar mit mehr als ausreichendem Geschirr und Küchengeräten. Schöner und größtenteils windgeschützter Balkon. Wunderschöner Grillplatz. Kleine Anmerkung: Die Treppen sind verhältnismäßig steil.

Es ist eine völlig neu renovierte und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, welche sehr hochwertig, modern und durchdacht konzipiert wurde. Beim Interieur wurde Wert auf Qualität gelegt. Die Küche ist hochwertig und alles ist um ein Vielfaches vorhanden. Vom Esszimmertisch konnten wir den Leuchtturm sehen und vom oberen Stockwerk sogar den Strand. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und auch nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Es ist ruhig gelegen, so dass die Kids ungestört schlafen konnten. Es gab einen sehr gepflegten Hinterhof mit großer Grillecke und Unterstand. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht in sehr guter Qualität. Die Lage ist einmalig, ca. 80 m bis zum Dünenweg, man hat wunderbare Wandermöglichkeiten durch die Dünen zum offenen Wasser oder Richtung Hauptpromenade, wenn etwas mehr Trubel gewünscht wird. Der Musikpavillon ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, der Südstrand nach einem Spaziergang von ca. 2 km. Einkaufen im nächsten Supermarkt ist ca. 300 m entfernt, Restaurants im Ort gut fußläufig erreichbar. Die Aussicht aus dem Dachgeschoss ist gut, man kann bis zum offenen Wasser sehen. Fazit:Wenn wieder Borkum auf der Urlaubsliste steht, kommen wir gerne wieder

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in super Lage. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, der Strand in 1 Minute. Wir kommen wieder :)
