The garage has owner items in it. It can easily park two vehicles. There are closets in the house that have personal items in them, and some are not available for use which includes the master bedroom closet (still plenty of space to store your items though). This is a second home for the owner, so there are personal items in the home.
Guest takes full responsibility of pool use. There is no life guard on site and gate to fence doesn`t fully lock.
No car needed. Plenty of Ubers & Lyfts available.
