In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 750 m, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 300 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 750 m. Mountain railway 400 m, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 950 m, children's ski school. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
2-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 6 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). View of the Matterhorn.

Very nice apartment, great view

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was spotless clean, spacious for the two of us, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very walkable with great restaurants in abundance. Our highlight was the Gornergrat railway.

Hilfe durch Interhome bei Whg Wechsel

Die Wohnung (insbesondere die Sofas) riecht stark nach Rauch, mit Duftspray übertüncht. Dies führte bei mir zu einer starken allergischen Reaktion ausgelöst. Interhome ist uns sehr entgegengekommen und wir konnten unsere zweite Ferienwoche in einer anderen Interhome Wohnung (ohne Kostenaufschlag) verbringen. Die Whg ist deshalb nicht zu empfehlen, obwohl die Ausstattung (abgesehen von den durchgelegenen Betten) dem Preis entsprechend ist.

Mangelhafte Unterkunft

Folgende Punkte wurden dem Kundendienst gemeldet, jedoch zuwenig ernst genommen: - Es war sehr stickige und in der Nase beissende Luft in der Wohnung - Nach jedem Duschen, leif das Wasser raus, als ob die Fugen nicht richtig versiegelt wurden - Mangelhafte Reinigung wurde auch festgestellt und dann mit "gebrauchsspuren" vom Kundendienst rechtgefertigt. Bei der Buchung dieser Wohnung muss man sich einfach bewusst sein, dass das Interieur nicht neu ist und natürlich Gebrauchsspurene vorweist.

Zum Schlafen ok - aber nicht mehr.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und grossräumig. Allerdings war sie an sich sehr lieblos und altbacken eingerichtet (bis auf das Bad). Die Wohnung hat stark muffig/alt gerochen, die Abflüsse waren verstopft und haben dementsprechend gerochen und nicht alle Küchengeräte waren funktionstüchtig. Das dazugebuchte Babybett und Hochstuhl waren ziemlich wackelig und abgenutzt. Der Ausblick war das Highlight.

Appartement Beaulieu

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique sur le Cervin. Il est clair, calme et il fait bon s'y retrouver après une journée passée en extérieur. Nous étions trois adultes et nous avons eu assez de place. La présence d'un 4e adulte aurait été plus difficile à gérer dans l'espace imparti.

Enttäuschend

Der Service von Interhome ist super!!! Die Wohnung leider nicht. Der Balkonboden müsste neu gestrichen werden und es war voll Vogelkott. Die Küche ist sehr alt und Geräte sind schmuddelig, das Geschirr dreckig. Eine Herdplatte ist defekt. Abends müssen Fenster geschlossen werden, da es nach „Kiffen“ riecht. Im Bad riecht es zeitweise nach „Gülle“. Aussicht aufs Matterhorn ist aber top!

Appartement spacieux propre et pas trop loin du centre. Bien assez de place pour 4 personnes. Une vue magnifique sur le Cervin depuis le balcon, parfait pour se poser au soleil après une journée de ski! Seul petit point négatif les matelas de la chambre principale qui sont trop mous. Le personnel de l'agence sur place est très disponible et sympathique.
