This updated and comfortable villa features a beautiful coastal king bedroom with a fireplace for those chilly mornings or evenings. In addition, the living room offers a cozy ambiance with a fireplace and a queen sofa bed. Cooking will be a joy in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Smart TVs, new flooring and furniture, upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi, and HVAC make this villa a Harbour Town gem.

The Sea Pines Resort trolley has a designated stop in Harbour Town, which will take you to either the Beach Club or South Beach Marina. ( trolley on seasonal schedule)

Location is everything!

This condo is located directly in Harbour Town, walking distance to the lighthouse, golf club, and fun shops and restaurants. We stayed here for a wedding under the Oak tree and it was everything we could have asked for.

I would advise a keurig instead of the Mr Coffee and the worst item was no laundry facilities. It was raining when we arrived and would have been nice to be able to wash and dry

Nice property, great location unfortunately no pool access.

The apartment is nicely decorated with good quality fittings and furniture. The location is great near the Harbourtown marina and restaurants. However we assumed (wrongly) that the property would have access to the communal pool. It doesn't. To avoid any confusion this should be clearly stated in the description. The property receives very little natural light so was a little dark for us. Otherwise it is a nice quiet well maintained clean apartment.
