This gorgeous Key Colony Beach home is your passport to the Conch Republic! Boasting canal-front views and direct water access, this five-bedroom home offers a private piece of paradise. Enjoy a sparkling in-ground pool and a furnished patio complete with a gas grill, a dining table, deck chairs, and a palapa hut with an outdoor sofa. The home also includes membership privileges at the Cabana Club, with a suite of on-site amenities such as a sandy beach area, a temperature-controlled pool, a snack bar, and poolside dining service.

This classic Florida home comes perfectly designed for breezy Keys living. The bright, single-level floor plan features vaulted ceilings finished with gorgeous Dade County pine. The open living area sets the stage for indoor gatherings, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. An enclosed sunroom doubles as a daytime hangout or a bedroom space, depending on your group's needs. In the updated kitchen, find a full suite of stainless steel appliances for handling home cooking with ease, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's breakfast-bar seating for three and a dining table accommodating up to eight guests for dinners or game nights.

Central air conditioning is provided throughout the main house, with additional wall units mounted in the sunroom and living area for added comfort. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

This home is off-grid. Utilizing Solar Power.

As of late April 2025, the owner will have a boat and trailer parked in the front yard. As such, there will be no trailer parking for guests available on the property. If you need a place to park a trailer, you can use the City of Key Colony lot on a pay-per-day basis.

We have stayed in this home multiple times and absolutely love it. This was our first visit with the grands a 4,2 and 1 year old and it was perfect.

Great canal home!

The house was on a deep water dock with pool & tiki area. Met all our needs for a large group with two young children. The kitchen had all we needed, there was a bait freezer, pool floats & pool toys. The sunsets & wild life were great too (pelicans, manatee, iguana, fish). We loved the walk ability of the neighborhood & use of the Cabana Club too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We recently stayed at the Key Colony Beach house for a family vacation and were THRILLED with the accommodations. The house listed as sleeping 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean with everything in working order, the pool and tiki hut were a pleasant addition. Girls trip

The pool was not heated upon our arrival. We paid extra for heating it was not warm until Tuesday, the pool was in need of cleaning that didn’t happen till Monday afternoon so we were disappointed in not being able to use our pool for 3 days of our vacation. The floors were not as clean as we thought they should’ve been. Black socks if you walked around sock footed. The overall house was great exactly as advertised. Loved the area felt safe and no issues traveling around.

Nice house and great location

I'm very satisfied with the house conditions and cleanness overall, only thing I think they can definitely improve is the grocery supply. They only provided one trash bag without any supply, no laundry pods/liquid, 3-4 dishwasher pods. I didn't expect that I will have to run to grocery store to buy these stuff in order to keep the house clean, at least trash bags should be provided.
