Can't say enough great things about this rental. First off the location is amazing with lots of fish and birds nearby with kayaks to explore the area. Couldn't really have asked for a better experience and will consider staying again.

House has A LOT of issues. My daughter got shocked by bare wired touching a screw under the couch as it was sticking out. Back porch door hanging on by a rope, hinges missing/broken. Lots of mold on AC vent in ceilings. Two bedroom shared a shower as a jack and Jill shower which was not private in any way. They basically took the closets from 2 joining rooms and made them into a bathroom. Lots of other things wrong that are way to extensive to list here. I will be posting a more detailed review with pictures.

Adam and Wendy are always great hosts. Hot Tub went out and he came right out to fix it, unfortunately beyond repair. We caught monster snapper off the dock. We even jumped a 100lb tarpon, and landed a 5 foot nurse shark off the the dock. Always a great location at a great place. 4 time there, 5th time renting from AdamWithout issues.

Similar to other feedback, repairs and or upgrades needed. The property manager informed us a day ahead of reservation that jacuzzi was not working. I had appreciated the heads up. Great location, pool and dock. House was clean in the main foot traffic areas and beds comfortable.

Outstanding home! Had everything needed and more. Pool, hot tub, grill, plenty of space inside. Manatee come to visit! Terrific location with good walking and biking trails. Responsive host. Will be back!!

Great trip!

Loved our stay! All was clean and comfortable. House had all we needed and husband fished off the dock everyday and went kayaking. Quiet neighborhood- just perfect. Hope to come back again!

Winter Getaway

Two weeks in Marathon. Saw manatees, turtles, tarpon, sharks and dolphin from the dock. Convenient location in the middle of the Keys.

Beautiful, relaxing nature.

We had the absolute best time. We saw manatees, se turtles, and iguanas Adam was a great host and took great care of us. Beautiful snorkling, swimming and kayaking. It is a great central location in the Keys. We will be coming back.

Thanksgiving 2024

Great location! Plenty of room for all of us. The view of the lagoon was phenomenal. The dock for the boats is great !!! We had a very relaxing week this week. Communication with owner/ property managers was excellent. We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again !!!
