The apartments are ideal for families, couples or groups looking for peace and proximity to the beach. The house is located just 60 metres from the sea and within a few minutes' walk you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés.



The ground floor apartment (holiday apartment No. 1) is 38 m² in size and suitable for up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle and filter coffee machine as well as a dining area. A bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin is available. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome (max. 2), a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The apartment offers a 10 m² terrace with a table, chairs and direct access to the garden, partially covered and with sea view. A communal washing machine is available from the landlord. Parking facilities are located directly at the property.



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous activities: water sports, sailing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rental, bicycle and kayak rental, fishing, hiking, basketball, wine tasting, and sightseeing.



The airport is only 4 km away, you can reach the centre of Čiovo in 1.4 km. Supermarkets, restaurants, banks and doctors can be reached within a few minutes.
