Comfortable Frisian-style vacation home for up to 6 people with a spacious garden (approx. 800 square meters), fully fenced, featuring a patio, a swing, and a barbecue area.

There are two separate bedrooms, each with a bed (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m), and on the open loft there is a pull-out bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a travel crib and a play area on the loft. A guest restroom is located here as well.

You’ll find a very well-equipped vacation home that we hope will leave nothing to be desired. If you feel like cooking, you’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave with grill function, and a Tassimo coffee maker.
The bathroom is partially equipped with underfloor heating.

Furthermore, the wood-burning stove, the open loft, a TFT TV with digital satellite reception and a DVD player + movies, a game console + games, and a stereo system invite you to enjoy a cozy evening on the couch.

For children, there is a high chair, a travel crib, a play area on the loft, a PlayStation 3, and a swing in the garden. For your safety, there is a safe for valuables and smoke detectors in every room. A hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer are also provided.

In the garden area, we offer a patio with a patio umbrella, 6 chairs, a garden table, a charcoal grill, a garden shed, and a fenced-in property.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rent for stays of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.

The vacation home is located in Norden, one of the oldest towns in East Frisia, which captivates visitors with its maritime atmosphere and historic buildings. Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
