Huus an't Gracht - Wellness vacation home in the best location in Greetsiel

As the name “Huus an’t Gracht” suggests, this exclusive holiday home is located right on the canal in a prime location in Greetsiel and can accommodate up to 8 people.

This detached Frisian-style house, featuring green shutters, is the perfect setting for a wellness holiday. It is very comfortably furnished and features 4 bedrooms, all equipped with TVs and furnished with high-quality, custom-built furniture.

On the upper floor, there is a cosy single room with a 1.20-meter bed, one bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed, and a large bedroom with two 0.90-meter single beds and one separate sleeper sofa, a desk, board games, and books. In case of bad weather, this space serves as a second living room. Another bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed is located on the ground floor. All beds are equipped with box-spring mattresses.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom with a stereo system on the ground floor invites you to relax. It features a combination of a Finnish and steam sauna as well as a whirlpool tub. A hair dryer is also available. The bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the ground-floor bedroom.

Another shower room with a toilet is located on the upper floor.

The high-quality kitchen (ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, blender), featuring a cooking island and a separate wok burner, invites you to cook together and relax while enjoying a fantastic view of the canal. The wood-burning stove in the living-dining area adds to the cosy atmosphere.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with electric exterior blinds.

There are fly screens in front of the bedroom windows.

The terrace is furnished with 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a parasol. Of course, you can also enjoy breakfast on the terrace by the canal, on the sheltered terrace next to the house, or on the small terrace that gets the morning sun.

Additionally, a washing machine, dryer, high chair, a travel cot, and a Blu-ray player are available to you free of charge.

The listed rental price is valid for up to 6 guests; each additional guest pays 10 EUR/night extra.

The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
