Hi, I’m Norliza! I’m based in sunny San Diego and enjoy biking, camping, networking, and spending time with family and friends. I love meeting people from different walks of life, which is one of the reasons I enjoy hosting.

My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax, feel at home, and enjoy everything our beautiful area has to offer. Whether you’re visiting for work, a getaway, or an extended stay, I want your experience to be easy, enjoyable, and memorable.

I chose this neighborhood because of its convenient location, welcoming atmosphere, and easy access to everything Chula Vista/San Diego has to offer. It’s a great mix of comfort and accessibility — close enough to enjoy the city, while still offering a relaxing place to come home to after a busy day.

What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the laid-back vibe and the variety of nearby restaurants, parks, shopping, and local attractions.

What makes our property unique is the combination of privacy, comfort, and functionality in a bright and welcoming space. The junior ADU has its own private entrance, giving guests a sense of independence and peace during their stay.

The large glass windows bring in plenty of natural sunlight, creating an open and relaxing atmosphere throughout the unit. It’s thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to two guests.

Guests also appreciate the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a spacious layout that feels more like a cozy private retreat than a typical rental space.
