Beach Villa Unit 01 - SVB 01

This historic and stately beach villa, centrally located in Bansin, looks forward to your visit.

The original wooden house, which is over 100 years old, features four rustic-style vacation apartments, three of which offer unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea (except for Apartment 03). The beach villa stands out for its exceptional location right on the beach promenade in the front row.

Access is via Bergstraße 47.



SVB 01:

A separate entrance on the promenade side leads you into this charming vacation apartment.
The highlight of the apartment is the sunroom with an unobstructed ocean view. In the summer, the windows can be opened all the way to the sides, allowing you to wind down the day with a glass of wine and the sound of the ocean.
In the separate kitchen with a seating area, you can't only start your day off right but also cook together in good company.
The living room offers enough space to sit together comfortably. From the living room, you can access the bedroom with a double bed.
The small shower room rounds out this special accommodation.




A parking space on the property is available free of charge (please note: narrow driveway).
