We warmly welcome you to our vacation complex on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all of which are within walking distance. The beach and the famous historic Koserow salt huts, dating back to the 19th century, are only about an 8-minute walk away. Experience Usedom in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow.



WE 01 FSS:

2-room vacation apartment on the first floor of a lovingly designed vacation complex. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living area with an open kitchen and dining area.

Vacation with a dog
Your four-legged friend, up to a height of approx. 30 cm, is welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night for your dog’s stay, plus a one-time fee of €20.00 for final pet cleaning. To ensure all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.

- Laundry service: Simply bring your own bed linens and towels, or conveniently rent them on-site (bed linens: 16.– € per person / towels: 13.– € per person).

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Services to be paid on-site must be settled immediately upon arrival/key handover.
Only cash payments are accepted (no card payments).
