Das Grauen in Tüten

Beim Öffnen der Haustür schlägt einem Moddergeruch entgegen, ebenfalls beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür. Küche schlecht bestückt, wenn man etwas kochen möchte. Bad groß, aber die Duschwanne nur 70cmx70cm dafür aber 35cm Einstiegshöhe, nicht zeitgerecht. Ecksofa und Kissen riechen nach nassem Hund.... es zieht durch das Fenster, im Sommer vielleicht kein Problem, Anfang März schon.... Bett und Bettzeug ok. Die Aussicht auf die Hinterhöfe von Döse war auch nicht so toll..... für junge Leute, die den ganzen Tag am Strand sind und nur zum Schlafen in die Wohnung kommen ok. Typischer Fall von Absahnen und nichts investieren.... wir waren in vielen Ferienwohnungen und haben uns nie so unwohl gefühlt....

Nette kleine Unterkunft

Nette kleine Wohnung für Leute mit wenig Ansprüchen. Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden, so dass man sich gut dort aufhalten kann. Schade war nur, dass wir zu einem Zeitpunkt mit ziemlich warmem Wetter da waren. Da die Wohnung nur über eine Balkontür verfügt, musste man zum Durchlüften die Wohnungstür aufmachen. Sonst sehr nett eingerichtet und recht geräumig. War eine schöne Woche Urlaub!

Wohnung mit Mängeln

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, Strand, Bäcker und Fahrradverleih sind in der Nähe. Parkplätze waren immer reichlich vorhanden. Die Vermietungsagentur ist mega professionell, es gibt alle nötigen Infos vor der Anreise. Schlecht war: Am Anreisetag war es sehr warm. Geschlossene Vorhänge hätten geholfen. Später erst haben wir bemerkt, dass ein Heizkörper (im Sommer!) voll aufgedreht war. Das darf so nicht passieren. Im Badezimmer riecht es latent nach Abflussrohr, hier scheint etwas undicht zu sein. Wenn man im Bett liegt und im Bad Wasser aufgedreht wird, ist es direkt am Kopf sehr, sehr laut, Auf dem Balkon liegt eine Art Kunstrasen, der immer nass war, so dass man ihn Barfuß nicht betreten konnte ohne drinnen alles nass zu machen. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment.

Die Appartmentgröße ist vollkommend ausreichend für 2 Person. Großer Flachbildferseher vorhanden (52 Zoll) Alle Einrichungsgegenstände sind geschmackvoll ausgesucht. Wir haben kein Geschirr und Kochutesillien benutzt, da wir unser eingenes Geschirr mitrgebracht hatten und immer beim Essen waren. Was wir festellen konnten, daß es an nichts gefehlt hat. Meiner Frau hat die Deco besonders gut gefallen. Einziges Mango war das der Balkon aufgrund des Regens nicht nutzbar war. Der Kunstrasen war immer durchnässt. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.
