West Wayside Cabin within 15 minutes of the Homer Spit

The West Wayside Cabin is a little space of trees and sunshine for travelers to rest and delight. With just less than 400 square feet of coziness, the cabin is tucked off the side of East End Road, with spruce, birch and alder surrounding it. Although it is "dry," meaning no running water or indoor bathroom, we provide some bottled drinking water, as well as a jug of water for dishes or washing up. There is a heater, as well as a woodstove, and electric kettle and skillet for basic cooking needs. A mini fridge provides space for drinks or perishables, and the large deck has benches and a propane fire pit. There are cats, a corgi and horses on the property, so expect to be welcomed by an animal or two when you arrive!
