Beautiful view of Kachemak bay. Everyone we met was very nice. The cabin was well provisioned. It's easy to get around from the location. Highly recommend going to Eveline recreation area 15 minutes down the road for wildflowers and spectacular views.

The location was beautiful and handy to go on the Spit or just hang around town. We were there several days and did a lot of our own meals after purchasing a large stove top pot (no oven and minimal kitchen supplies). They were very responsive via cell phone, though not so much on the VRBO app.

This is an absolutely gorgeous stay... For two people. We booked it with 3 people, knowing there was a couch we could sleep on for the third. A bit to our surprise, we had a futon which was so bumpy, lumpy and worn out, it was easier to sleep on the floor. That being said, the views were breathtaking, the bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were great. We also couldn't figure out the heater, as we set it to 66 but we'd wake up in the middle of the night and it would be 76 in the room. Gave us the chance to have nice fresh air with open windows to cool the place down. An added touch was having some wood to start a fire in the fire pit. We were able to enjoy a fire and watch the clouds roll in. (Would recommend some small pieces to get the fire started - we made due)

Cute cabin

The views were incredible! It was a cute little cabin. Would be perfect for 2 people, 4 people was a little tight. But otherwise, no complaints. There is a bagel store down the street that is a perfect breakfast spot!
