Please place all used towels, rags in the clothes basket in the laundry room. Wash used dishes and place in dish drain. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and secured.
Please ensure all appliances, electronics are turned off before leaving the property. Place all trash on front porch to be disposed of. Return heat/air back to original temperatures.
Keep all food and beverages in the kitchen and dining room areas. If applicable mops and brooms are located in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
