Please return the thermostat to 72 Degrees in the Summer and 65 Degrees in the winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed on any carpet or furniture. Any pet hair found on furniture we result in additional $300 cleaning fee.
No parties or excessive noise. We have very nice neighbors and would like to keep it that way!
