Clean and comfortable space. Very lively neighborhood with lots of great food options. Host was very responsive.

We stayed for an overnight stay. Because it was a short stay, it worked well. The hosts were amazing, we experienced a challenge beyond our control and host reached out to the property manager to assist. This delayed our check out and the host were communicative and accommodating which we appreciated. Room is only provides towels so you will need to bring your own face cloths etc. The hallway seemed somewhat skeptical but we felt safe inside. The room is located on a busy street so be sure you follow the instructions for check in and reference the photos. It is best to keep the air conditioning running instead of turning it off when leaving during your stay, the room will be hot when you return. Location was great as we were in walking distance to things or public transportation was easily accessible.

Deben limpiar y pintar adentro. Tiene mal olor y hay un vecino que solo pelea y pelea. El lugar es accesible pero deberian utilizar el dinero para mantener mejor las àreas. Las ventanas no abren y no limpian el a/c ni afuera. Definito que no es una opcion para volver.

This is a small apartment very conveniently located in Chinatown--easy to get to Brooklyn and many places in Manhattan. The photos and video are very accurate depiction of the unit, and I think it would be fine for most people for a short stay. For me and my young adult son, staying for two weeks, it was tight. No living room, not much daylight, tiny bathroom. But the manager was very attentive to our requests, and it was quiet at night, important for us. While the unit itself is clean inside, the hallway on our floor was pretty gross--didn't seem that ever got cleaned.
