This 110 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request, at no extra charge.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit. We had a marvellous time.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr gut beschrieben. Die Fenster haben alle Insektenschutzgitter und Außenjalousien. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, über den Tag verteilt Schattenbereiche herzustellen. Die Lage ist ruhig, allerdings lässt es sich nicht ausschließen, dass man durch die Lage am Hang/im Tal von anderen Objekten etwas hören kann, wenn es dort lauter ist. Kam bei uns aber nur an einem Wochenende und zeitlich begrenzt vor. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es einige entscheidende Grad wärmer als normal. Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern haben wir daher sehr gut gebrauchen können. Very well equipped, very clean and precisely described. All windows have insects screens and Persian blinds. There are several possibilities to generate shadowy placed. The house is quietly located. Sometimes you can hear people in other locations (due to valley) if they are louder than usual (just a few short times). The fans in the bedrooms were very welcomed because of the very warm period. Cons: Die Anfahrt ab der Hauptstraße haben andere Gäste als "anfangs steil" beschrieben. Das stimmt. Mein Mann ist ein wirklich geübter Fahrer, auch in den Bergen, und er hatte bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts deutlichen Respekt vor diesen letzten 600 Metern. The last part of the driveway (between house and main road) is a challenge (steep parts!) even for an experienced driver. It has earned out to rent a SUV.

Pros: Een prachtige villa met alles erop en eraan. Super schoon en netjes, zowel binnen als buiten en heel compleet, lekkere bedden. Vanaf het ruime, zonnige, vrije terras prachtig uitzicht op zee en op het dal. Heerlijk stil. Begin maart bleek het al volop lente. Elke dag stralend zonnig, en volop bloemen in de natuur en in de tuin. 's Avonds koelde het snel af, maar de centrale verwarming hadden we niet nodig met de elektrische kachels en de gezellige open haard. Het enige minpunt is het smalle toegangsweggetje, dat vanaf de openbare weg meteen héél steil met een bocht naar beneden gaat en daarna nog enkele bochten met steile hellingen ernaast. Mijn man durfde het gelukkig wel te rijden, maar ook hij was erg blij met onze gratis upgrade naar een BMW X1 automaat. De ligging aan de (bochtige) weg Torrox-Competa tussen zee en snelweg aan de ene kant (ca 15 min) en de Sierra Almijara aan de andere kant (ca 25 min) is ideaal als je zoals wij wil wandelen, én van het strand wil genieten, én andere stadjes en steden zoals Granada wil bezoeken. We gingen niet ’s avonds nog even de deur uit om ergens te gaan eten. Maar dat hadden we graag over voor de rust en de prachtige ligging. We hebben 12 heerlijke dagen gehad.

The views are stunning, something we never tired of and appreciated every time we arrived back at the villa. After mornings spent exploring we spent afternoons in the pool, relaxing in various areas of the large outdoor space - the outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus. The owner is very helpful and always quick to reply.

Pros: A very smooth beginning to the holiday and communication with the agent in Spain to arrange the meeting place and time. He spoke good English and took the time to show us around the villa including where light switches etc were. The villa is located down a very steep concrete track, which initially looks quite daunting, but is perfectly manageable and would only become difficult if you meet someone coming the other way ) this is unlikely as it's very quiet!) The villa itself was very clean with everything you need. The outside area again was very clean and tidy and quite impressive. The only downside for us was the pool light didn’t work so we couldn’t use the pool once it was darker. We enjoyed using the outside seating area but found that it was also very popular with wasps and with two children, ended up eating quite a lot of meals inside so that we didn’t have constant arms waving and squealing. There are mosquito nets attached to all the windows which is really useful, but it’s worth knowing that it doesn’t stop the tiny biting flies that are prevalent in the area getting in and biting. The villa looks exactly like it does in the advert so you definitely won’t be disappointed and the views are spectacular. It is incredibly peaceful and I don’t think we heard other people the whole time we were there. There are plenty of local supermarkets, but it’s worth knowing that they do not open at all on a Sunday and it’s almost impossible to find a food shop that is open on a Sunday as we found out! The local beach resort of Torrox Costa has a nice beach and plenty of restaurants and shops along a nice promanade.
