My husband and I had the most wonderful 6 nights in Villa Vincent, the house/pool and surrounds are extremely clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Patricia was a very attentive host, and could be reached very easily! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Villa

Really enjoyed our stay. Patricia is a fantastic host and very attentive. The local amenities are good and a walk to the Marina is around 30 minutes where there are more restaurants and shops. Taxis are readily available and there is a bus not far from the villa. The pool is heated and the perfect temperature and the view is fab. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely

This is a well maintained villa in a peaceful area with great views from the terrace. The beds were very comfortable too and we would definitely like to make a return visit. There was an issue with the internet during our stay, which is not uncommon in our experience of other properties in the resort, but the host was very responsive and it was resolved quickly.

Perfect villa holiday

Lovely villa with heated pool. Very well equipped kitchen with excellent quality appliances. Villa was very clean with extremely comfortable beds. Everything you would need and more. Patricia has always been quick to respond to any questions and this was a return stay for us.

Another amazing stay at Villa Vincent. Villa is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Patricia is extremely helpful and on hand should there be any issues. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic location

The villa was well located near shops and restaurants with the beach and coastal path 5 mins walk away. The villa had everything you need for a wonderful holiday, great views , heated pool and plenty of sunbathing space with all day sun. Washing machine, microwave and a giant tv all added to being able to relax. Can’t wait until next year!

Beautiful luxury villa with amazing view and heated pool!

We loved our stay at this well designed luxury villa! Everything was perfect! Patricia made us feel very welcome. The villa is exclusive with high standard facilities. The beds where very comfortable. The beautiful garden with heated pool is a great place to relax and to enjoy the stunning sea view! The locatian is perfect as well. We would love to come back!

The villa is in an excellent position very peaceful and not overlooked with great views. The quality of the fixtures and fittings is top class and just as described by the owner. We didn't hire or need a car as the bus service is very reliable and runs every 30 minutes. We particularly liked the local shopping centre which included bars and restaurants and was only a 5 minute walk away. Also lots of restaurants in Marina Rubicon about a 25 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a week in this villa. Great location for us. Supermarket nearby and some bars/ restaurants. We didn’t try them this time as we prefer to walk to Marina Rubicon where there are more places to eat shops etc. it’s roughly a 25 min walk to the Marina which was lovely. The villa is lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is great with a good supply of utensils etc. pool was lovely and pool guy came round to clean it during our stay. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und entsprach vollends der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Inserat. Der Außenbereich ist ansprechend angelegt und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist perfekt! Auf alle Anfragen hat Patricia sofort reagiert und alles entsprechend umgesetzt! Besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit in der Villa Vincent!

Zum zweiten Mal und wieder wunderschön

Nachdem wir vom letzten Mal so begeistert waren, waren wir jetzt zum 2. Mal in dieser Villa. Es ist Immer noch alles so wie beim letzten Mal. Top Austattung, sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit Patrica funktioniert auch super. Man bekommt bei Fragen sofort Feedback. Wer einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Wunderschöne Villa

Diese Villa ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick zum Meer und nicht weit von den Papagayo Stränden entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem der Küchenbereich hat uns positiv überrascht. Es ist mehr als ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Das haben wir auch schon anders gesehen. Der Poolbereich mit Terrasse ist riesig und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Betten. Wir haben in keiner Unterkunft so gut geschlafen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Es wurde binnen kürzester Zeit auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir werden hoffentlich bald wiederkommen.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Sehr schön gelegene Villa in einem ruhigen Viertel von Playa Blanca. Luxeriös und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir konnten die Tage genießen und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Besitzerin (Patricia) war bei Anfragen jederzeit erreichbar.

A hidden gem in Las Coloradas

We have stayed in the Las Coloradas area twice before. However, this villa stands out from the previous ones have stayed in. Upon arriving at Vincent Villa, you walk up two short flights of stairs and are greeted with a lovely garden, pool and well thought-out seating. Due to the villa’s elevated position you get amazing views and can even see the other islands quite clearly. It’s quite majestic in the evening as the pool is illuminated. Very serene (a quiet neighbourhood). There are several umbrellas - one large sturdy parasol which is handy if you choose to sit in the outdoor lounge area. And another umbrella nearer the pool/sun lounges. The sun lounges are very comfortable, and come with removable padding covers. Inside the villa, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, utility room (a nice change having it indoors) and an incredibly well equipped kitchen. Patricia has stocked the kitchen with all appliances and table wear you would need. Loved it! Highlights include: • Pool - perfect temperature (was cleaned mid week during our one week stay) • Villa is decorated with taste and has a serene atmosphere • Bed - only slept in the main bedroom, very comfortable bed • Attention to detail in the quality of items provided- towels, bedding, appliances; there is a Bose sound system which you can use via Bluetooth, an enormous tv in the living room with comfortable modern seating • Information pack Patricia has provided covers everything, incredibly detailed and helpful • Villa is within a short walking distance to the supermarket and some shops, cafes, pharmacy, and restaurants • Only a 25 min walk to Marina Rubicon, and the walk is along the coastal path, paved • Car isn’t essential as there is a bus service (run every half hour, Bus no. 30) that goes into Playa Blanca. And taxis are available at a rank near the shops (cost into Rubicon is approx €4… actually it’s around €4 wherever you go in the Playa Blanca area) • If you are adventurous you can use the scooters that are operated via an app (Link) • Walking distance to the beach Overall we loved our stay at Vincent Villa, was delightful, and hope to come back later in the year. Thank you!

Ihnen steht ein kostenloses Golfbag zur Verfügung ( Damen und Herren)Der Pool ist ganzjährig beheizt und kommt ohne Chemie aus. Die Betten haben hochwertige Matratzen mit Toppern. Warum im Urlaub schlechter wohnen als zuhause😀
