The property is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! It was plenty of space for me and my friends for dreamcon. The beds.... OMG the best beds I've slept on in awhile. I had to look at what kind of mattress it was so I could get one too lol the host was super kind and let us drop off our luggage before check in so that we didn't have to drive around with it.

I spoke with the agent, and we went back in forth over the AC not working so great in the upstairs unit. I played a game of pool in he upstairs room and me and my guest were sweating. I kept telling him and showing him pictures showing the AC stayed at 82 through the night I left at 9:30 10 o’clock. I could not stay there. I could not sleep in there. He claims the AC was fine. I disagree. I have pictures. I have text messages showing my worries and concerns. He claims I had a door open, but no pictures to claim to show upstairs when I was playing pool we had to open the door. It was so hot inside the room through the time I communicated with him about the AC it wasn’t till I left that he told me he has somebody to look at the AC coming right now. I already left. I was planning on going back but when I left, I got drunk and stayed where I I went. I did not wanna drive in the middle of the night to go back to a house that should’ve had the AC working in the first place walking in check in time There was no AC in the house. The house was 90 given the fact that it takes so long to cool the house they should’ve already had it cool for the person to enter the house at a reasonable temperature very upsetting. I only stayed for 3 to 4 hours. I was extremely upset and he still sits here and tells me there’s nothing wrong with the AC. that was the frustrating part of it all.

Our goal is always to provide every guest with a comfortable experience, and we regret that you were uncomfortable during your visit. Throughout your stay, we remained in communication and immediately offered to send an HVAC technician to inspect the system as soon as you reported the concern. Our property records showed the system was operating, but we understand that comfort can vary, especially during Houston’s extreme summer heat. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us continue improving. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
