Durchgestylt, aber Mangel an Herz und Verstand

Das Objekt wird für 4-8 Personen angeboten. Dafür ist der Aufenthaltsbereich entschieden zu klein. Im Erdgeschoss mit Wohnzimmer und Küche gibt es kaum Stauraum, so dass bei einer Belegung mit mehr als 4 Personen kaum Ordnung zu halten ist. Die Schlafzimmer im Kellergeschoss waren sogar im Hochsommer klamm. Allerdings sind sie sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schön wäre auch, wenn man von jedem Bett aus eine Nachttischlampe bedienen könnte. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, tagsüber ist es deshalb sehr laut. Der Nachbar versucht gerade, sein Grundstück durch das Stapeln von Altholz an der gesamten Längsseite des Grundstücks abzuschirmen. Dieser Wall verläuft demnächst in 2 m Abstand zu den Terrassen im Erdgeschoss, nicht sehr schön. Sobald sich kleine Kinder seinem nicht eingezäunten Grundstück nähern, gibt es Ärger. Man ist von dem Objekt aus in 10 Minuten am Strand und in 2 Minuten an Bodden, das ist sehr vorteilhaft. Der Darß an sich ist wunderschön. Bei der Ausstattung ist noch allerhand Luft nach oben, das haben wir dem Vermieter detailliert mitgeteilt und er hat angekündigt, Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.
