The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view even more. The living room is furnished in a rural style with a lot of wood. You can eat or socialise in the two 'Austrian' dining corners or at the long wooden dining table. No less than five bedrooms are available, one of which is furnished as a master bedroom with its own heated south-facing balcony. Almost all bedrooms (four) have a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a wellness area for ultimate relaxation. The chalet has covered parking spaces, a private garden with several sunny terraces and an outdoor shower. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance or enjoy the bread service at home. The location is very central both in summer and winter. In a few minutes by car you can reach the popular ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snowy glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m).
