Tolle Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, von dort aus sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten ( z.B. Peer Alm, Sonnenspitze ). Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Hubert, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett, sympathisch und aufmerksam. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Bilder lügen nicht. Check-in und -out sind super einfach. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und abgelegene Lage. Und abgelegen meint auch wirklich abgelegen. Aber wem das nichts ausmacht, der ist hier völlig richtig. Ist nur zu empfehlen.

Berge zum Greifen nah

Der Name ist Programm - alles perfekt. Hubert hat ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil geschaffen. Daumen hoch. Fliegenschutz und eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit würden ein 5 Sterne Plus ergeben (meckern von uns auf hohem Niveau)

Super Unterkunft

Neue kleine Ferienwohnung, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Kostenloses Wlan, Fernseher in 2 Zimmern, große Wohnküche. Die Umgebung ist bei Schnee super zum Skifahren, ein kurzer Lift ist direkt am Haus belegen, das Stubaital ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Bei wenig Schnee kann man tolle Spaziergänge und Wanderungen von der Unterkunft aus unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist ohne Durchgangsverkehr im oberen Wipptal in ruhiger Nachbarschaft belegen und man kann in traumhafter Kulisse hervorragend entschleunigen.

Unkomplizierter & schöner Aufenthalt

Hubert ist sehr freundlich, vor Ort präsent & per Mail gut erreichbar. Auch sehr gastfreundlich (mit Honig & Likör als Gastgeschenk! Danke nochmals dafür!). Hier und da könnte man noch ein wenig nachbessern - die Küche ist an sich gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlen noch „Essentials“ wie eine Küchenschere oder eine Plastikschüssel zum Kochen. Einziges größeres Manko für uns als Nichtraucher: Die Hand- & Badetücher, die netterweise zur Verfügung gestellt werden, riechen leider nach kaltem Rauch. Falls man diese Punkte noch ändern könnte, wäre es für uns eine 5 Sterne Bewertung gewesen! Für vier Leute für eine Woche Ski-Urlaub preislich sehr rentabel! Bergeralm ist 15 Minuten entfernt & wunderbar zum Ski-Fahren sowie Wandern! Auch das Wipptal hat tolle Tourismusangebote, die kostenlos in Anspruch genommen werden können (u.A. Bouldern & Alpakawanderung). Von uns trotz des Kritik eine klare Weiterempfehlung, da man sich notfalls eigene Handtücher mitbringen könnte & die Kritik an der Küche „Meckern auf hohem Niveau“ ist. :) Danke Hubert für die schöne Woche! :)
