Nice bright apartment in Krimml village, free WiFi, TV, 4 beds, fitted kitchen

Our bright and modern equipped apartment is situated in a historical building in the centre of Krimml village. From the apartment’s windows and balcony one has an overwhelming view onto the mountain site.
The apartment has been renovated in 2021 and has an open character with an open kitchen right next to the livingroom and dining area.
The whole floor in the kitchen, livingroom, dining area and bedroom is made out of bright oak wood parquet. Bright oak wood doors and oak wood furniture in the dining area are fine and handcrafted carpenter work.
The infrared wall-heating-system provides a pleasant radiant heat.
The 5 m2 balcony is East-directed und has 2 outdoor sockets.
The sofa bed in the livingroom folds out into a comfortable double bed (Kingsize 180 x 200 cm) with a cold foam mattress.
In the bedroom is a build-in double bed (140 x 200 cm), also with a comfortable cold foam mattress.
The apartment is well equipped with a fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric stove, extractor and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
You also find a coffee machine (Senseo), a hot water heater, a toaster and many more useful equipment for our guests.
The dining area with it’s comfortable oak wood furniture provides a perfect place for dining or cozy moments with your family and friends.
For relaxing, watching TV or Netflix you find a high end sofa with a coffee table. To enjoy watching and listening we have installed a big moveable TV-screen with streaming function and a BT-soundbar as well as WiFi-use for free.
The tiled bathroom offers a 90 cm shower with rainshower function, a modern softclose toilet and a towel radiator.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Notice: For the final cleaning and the provision of bed linen and towels additional € 80 will be incurred on spot by housekeeper, as well as a guest tax of € 2,05 per day of stay for everyone aged 15 or older.
For laundry you will find a coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the same floor.
The room for skis, sowboards and boots is situated the basement, next to a room for bikes and leisure activities.
There is a parking area next to the house.
During summertime you can use the public open swimming pool, the minigolf or tennis courts for an admission fee.
Within short distance there is a bank, a grocery store and a bakery shop, just next door.
Ski rental and sale places in winter, e-bike-rental in summer, several sports outfitters are to be found in the village and up in the skiing area. If you feel like visiting a sauna, “Hotel zur Post” offers you a sauna visit at a reasonable price.
The spectacular Krimml Waterfalls are to be reached by walking within 20 minutes, a must-see in summer and winter!
Further more opportunities for sports-, leisure-, nature- and cultural activities are offered, e.g. Wasserwunderwelt in Krimml, Kristallbad in Wald and Nationalparkzentrum in Mittersill. The tourist information will be happy to inform you about more attractions in the area.
During the skiing season skibusses bring the guests up to Hochkrimml or Königsleiten.
A train / bus connects Krimml to the rest of Pinzgau area, such as Neukirchen or Zell am See.
