I stayed this weekend with a group of my friends. The majority of us are actually VRBO housekeepers. So we knew what to look for upon arrival. We were very satisfied! Everything was very clean except for a little dust here and there but with all the dirt around there you’re going to have dust. GPS did take us to the right location but the directions in the email were very helpful as well! Very quiet and peaceful location but not far from anything, the river, gas station, grocery store, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will remember this place for when we come back!

In Van Buren for a family reunion. The house fit the needs for 2 couples, or more. Master bedroom and bath are large, the 2 other bedrooms are ok in size. We used the extra bedroom for our suitcases, which worked out great. Spacious and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, and bathrooms were supplied nicely. Enjoyed sitting under the covered drive with coffee in the morning rain. We would certainly stay here again. A few things…the kitchen garbage can was half full on arrival (odd). The king bed is broken on one side. The floors needed swept along the edges. The place just needs a few tweaks but it was great!

I'm sorry to hear about the dirty floors and trash. It won't happen again, as I have hired a new cleaner that I can trust. It will be better next time! :)

Katie was a wonderful host. Communication was quick and easy. The house was newly built, and absolutely spotless. It was very nice that the house had all the little things already there. Kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies, and the beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Only a few minute drive down to the water. I was happy to find a house that would allow a one night stay during the weekend. 10/10
